Federation of Master Builders
We have been members of the Federation of Master Builders since August 2004. This membership is a sign of excellent building quality from professional firm, offering a reliable service. Therefore being members of the FMB, Monarch Property Solutions shows its commitment to a quality you really can trust.
European Builders Confederation
The EBC aims to raise standards in business management and technical application throughout its European membership and will put forward the agreed collective views of any member nation to the European Commission for further action.
Fensa Member
We are FENSA approved and therefore all double glazing installation or conservatories are supplied with an insurance backed guarantee and a certificate issued by FENSA.
Sovereign
Monarch are approved contractors for timber treatment and damp proofing, with a 30 year guaranteefor work about ground and 10 years for works carried out in areas below ground level, backed by Sovereign. Federation of Small Businesses
We have been members of The Federation of Small Businesses since August 2004.
The FSB is a body set up to help small businesses and the self employed with anything they may need from keeping them informed of new legislation in employment to arranging free business banking for its members.
