We are a property maintenance company based in North Wales, covering the North Wales, Chester and Manchester areas.
Monarch Property Solutions started out life with Mike Allonby operating as a one man band. The Company has grown as a result of his hard work and extremely high standards to what it is today. Most, if not all, the contracts now received are as a result of recommendations from those strong foundations he built in the early days. Mike is still found on almost every job, and at every level of the company, getting his hands dirty with the rest of the team, as Mike will not ask any one of them to do a job he would not do himself.
Today Monarch Property Solutions is a constantly growing and expanding business, that believes its team and invests in expanding their knowledge by constantly upgrading their training in all areas of the trade. Also, by providing them with the right tools for the job, we can ensure the job is done right the first time.
